Supervise the purchase order process for importing of finished goods delivering to company-owned distribution centers for products directly imported to customer locations. Establish procedures for imported finished goods and repair parts planning, which include interpreting forecasts, entering purchase orders into SAP, and communicating with Asian factories. Develop and maintain shipping schedule for all imported finished goods. Work closely with New Product Development team on issues related to planning, timing, and data requirements to support successful new product launches.

Served as a focal point for gathering customer logistics and distribution requirements and facilitated process changes and improvements to accommodate customer needs. Analyzed and evaluated internal and external logistics issues, and made recommendations for resolution. Monitored customer vendor guides to help ensure order fulfillment compliance.
