Business Development Executive for Military Health, Perspecta. Initiating a systematic approach to win new contracts and provide as a critical driver of enterprise value by incorporating a set of comprehensive, detailed descriptions for Military Health Business Development (BD)I’ lifecycle, processes, and templates. Outlining the frame-work for Military Health Business Development and utilize to maximize impact across the BD lifecycle. Provide execution oversight throughout the deployment process, training process and transition to sustainment requirements. The new DHMSM EHR System replaces the legacy MHS EHR systems and will be implemented at all Military Health System(MHS), medical facilities globally, which include, but are not limited to 55 medical centers, 361 ambulatory care clinics and 249 dental clinics.

Developed the standard for effective insertion of technology into evolving clinical and business processes in order to decrease clinical documentation time and improve provider-patient experience within the newly designed clinical workflow.

Developed and implemented the strategy for DOD Active Duty and Reserve voucher payment processes across all DOD Service financial Systems. Deployment Manager - Developed the methodology and execution for deploying the Defense Travel System. Responsible for the initial site fielding of DTS, which includes planning, coordinating, managing, and executing the Site Fielding Plan. Developed training capability and managed training sessions across the military Services throughout the deployment process.
