I believe in empowering people to be actively engaged in the stewardship of our environmental natural resources, I have been working with community groups and school communities to facilitate a multi-faceted approach while synergising Government and non-Government programs that integrate sustainable practices. I have developed and implemented best water and biodiversity management practices within educational and community sectors these projects have been endorsed by State and Federal governments . My vision is an ecological sustainable future that the wider community needs today. My voluntary work has enabled me to learn with people of all ages, cultures and backgrounds. I have experience in the development, promotion (raising public awareness including media, guest speaker at community forums) implementation and delivery of integrated catchment management principles which has fostered community capacity outcomes. Major achievements included the initiation and management of large-scale environmental conservation and biodiversity restoration projects including : Irrigation and Water Efficiency projects, storm water harvesting and reuse projects, wildlife corridors and wetlands and school vegetable gardens,
