Mark is Group General Counsel at Todd Corporation and a member of the Todd Executive Committee, an independent director of Generate KiwiSaver, Worlds Edge Private Equity, Perpetual Investment Fund, Escalate Investments Authority and a number of privately held companies and trusts. He was previously on the Board of the Financial Markets Authority and prior to that an executive of Westpac New Zealand, holding several portfolio’s including General Counsel and Company Secretariat, Regulatory Projects, External Communications and the Sustainability Teams. He was previously Managing Partner of Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, General Counsel of Challenger Asset Management in Sydney and a partner of leading US law firm McDermott Will Emery. He has also held positions at Clifford Chance in London and Bell Gully in Auckland. Mark has also held various community, educational and charitable governance roles. Mark holds an LLB (VIctoria), MBA (Massey) and a certificate in Professional Services Leadership from Harvard.
