The Ultimate Fantasy Sports Camp is an all inclusive, interactive adult sports camp where adults of all ages experience the thrill and camaraderie of competing in multiple team sports and competitions over a three day period. Sports include flag football, basketball, street hockey, softball, soccer, tennis, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, archery, track and field, obstacle courses and other events and competitions.

Negotiated all ArcLight real estate and corporate transactions. Held primary responsibility for sourcing, underwriting, acquiring, and developing new sites for ArcLight Cinemas as part of national expansion. • As key member of ArcLight’s Design, Development, and Construction Committee, doubled size of the ArcLight circuit from five to ten theaters.• Had direct involvement in negotiating all entitlements, contracts, leases, and construction agreements for ArcLight Cinemas’ real estate transactions. • Participated in brand development strategies for ArcLight Cinemas.• Oversaw and managed outside counsel on all intellectual property, corporate, litigation, and compliance matters.

Robertson Properties Group is one of the leading real estate development, acquisition, and property management companies in Southern California. • Drafted and negotiated RPG leases, purchase and sale agreements, tax-deferred exchange agreements, construction contracts, development contracts, business agreements, and operational contracts. Involved in managing the legal affairs of RPG and its affiliated companies, ArcLight Cinemas, Pacific Theatres, and Hollybrook Senior Living. • Participated in creating conditions for employees’ development and advancement through operating practices that supported the corporate purpose of creating places for people to flourish.
