I am the Maintenance supervisor at S and D Coffee. I am a certified SQF Auditor. I am a certified HACCP auditor. I am a certified training instructor. I am an EPA certified Method 9 visable emmision and opacity reader. I really enjoy my job as a maintenance supervisor, and all the challanges that come with the job. Over the past couple of years we have made major improvements in our preventive maintenance programs, and have started working more toward the predictive side of maintenance. These improvements have made our lives much more manageable. It has been alot of work and we will never be done. The equipment is much more reliable and more predictable. A great deal of thanks for the work done by the maintenance guys under me for a job well done. Couldnt have made it to this point with out you. Our team will strive to make this company better every day.
