-As the sole employee responsible for the budget process, I successfully completed the entire process, from revenue projections to a recommended balanced budget, during the Great Recession without the use of layoffs or employee concessions and with revenue projections within three percent of actual collections. I also ensure compliance with the budget throughout the year by reviewing expenditure requests and working with department directors on expenditure trends.-Developed and implemented the City’s first five-year capital improvement plan and developed a procedure to ensure public input.
