Responsible to the Managing Director for provision of Asset Management Consultancy Services. Projects activities include:2009-2012 Project Manager Woodside Energy Ltd, Performance StandardAlignment ProjectProject Manager of a team of 20 Maintenance Engineers carrying out alignment of assurance tasks in SAP - CMMS to a suite of Performance Standards for both Fixed and Floating Offshore Facilities and Onshore LNG Plant.

Responsible to the Chief Executive Officer for operations and maintenance of the companies’ production facilities and construction support vessels. EOCP own and operate an FPSO currently stationed at the Arthit gas field, Gulf of Thailand to process and deliver export gas to PTTEP. Mark was responsible for operations and maintenance readiness and provision of associated engineering support services for the project during the conversion and subsequent installation, commissioning, start up and ongoing offshore operations and maintenance.Also responsible for the operations and maintenance readiness activities/input to design for the Premier Oil Chim Sao Project is South Vietnam – a conversion of tanker to FPSO and Operations and Maintenance of a not normally manned gas production platform in the South China Sea.

PSN operates and maintains the Rong Doi / Rong Tay offshore gas field in the South China Sea, Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Mark was responsible for the pursuit team and managed the development of proposals for a tender for a $6 million per annum contract with KNOC in Vietnam for operations and maintenance and associated support services for the Rong Doi / Rong Tay project during the fabrication in Ulsan Korea and subsequent installation, commissioning, start up and ongoing offshore operations and maintenance in Vietnam. Subsequent to the award of the contract, Mark acted as Operations Manager to establish all the facilities, offices and associated services necessary to support the new contract. He was responsible for all day-to-day operations and maintenance activities associated with the offshore platform, and the onshore associated supporting supply services. The Rong Doi / Rong Tay development delivers approx. 160MMscfd of gas to the Nam Con Son gas transmission pipeline and Dinh Co Onshore Processing Plant along with 6,000bbl of condensate per day to an associated Floating Storage Offtake (FSO) facility.
