I have a wealth of experience and expertise within the youth and justice sector and further education with unique settings. I have experience of managing complex and high-profile education and youth provision for the MoJ, Youth Custody Service, NHS Trusts, DfE and DWP. I have worked for the last 15 years as an education leader for a variety of colleges, training providers and charitable trusts within adult and youth offending and acute mental health services. I have expertise of transforming education and skills provision for children and young people; with recurrent Ofsted ‘Good’ inspections within custodial and forensic mental health settings.
