Mark Werner is a consultant in the financial services sector working as an Advisor with the Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company and as a Senior Advisor to Alphadyne Asset Management.He is the former CEO, Chairman and Co-Founder of Amherst Pierpont Securities LLC, a Primary Dealer that specializes in the trading, underwriting, and distribution of fixed income securities. The firm was funded with private equity and partner capital and sold to Santander Holdings USA.
