Mark Werner is a consultant in the financial services sector working as an Advisor with the Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company and as a Senior Advisor to Alphadyne Asset Management.He is the former CEO, Chairman and Co-Founder of Amherst Pierpont Securities LLC, a Primary Dealer that specializes in the trading, underwriting, and distribution of fixed income securities. The firm was funded with private equity and partner capital and sold to Santander Holdings USA. The purpose of this committee is to meet with the Secretary of the Treasury and his staff as well as the Chair of the Federal Reserve Board and his staff to advise them on the management of federal debt.At the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Werner is a Trustee emeritus and a Vice Chairman of the Athletics Board of Advisors.
