Representative accomplishments included:- Started entry into Eagleford shale business in South Texas. Revenue in 2011 from 0 to $22 million with a EBITDA of $11 million in 8 months.- Develop Safety and DOT Programs, which resulted in the company achieving safety goals and controlling safety incidents, having passed DOT inspection and maintained a comprehensive maintenance program for higher uptime on trucks and overall lower maintenance costs- Marshaled the necessary manpower and equipment resources to absorb very dramatic fast paced growth.- Developed an innovative weekly gross-margin tracking and forecasting process to always focus on profit.- Secured permits, Drilled wells, set up operations and managed 5 salt water disposal wells in South Texas. - Tested, evaluated and trialed over 100 treatment technologies for salt water treatment.- Designed, engineered and built beta unit #1 and ran extensive pilot testing over 9 months to gather operation costing and confirm viability.
