We believe movements are successful when their ecologies are complete: creating alternatives; transforming individuals; building public support; and doing politics. Our contribution is to help to build mass participation and public support for legislative and cultural change. MY ROLE:My leadership focuses primarily on ensuring we’re doing the ‘right thing’.This builds on over 2 decades of consulting on ensuring mega projects across the globe are effective and create impact and value; and teaching this at a global top 5 university department. In my role I leverage my industrial and academic experience to:- Build a team, that can lead an organisation, that builds a mass Social Movement- Get talent density: the right people, in the right roles, with the right skills and resources- Direct our organisational strategy to deliver on our mission- Help hold our core values of Power, Love, Courage, Humility and Effectiveness.MY BACKGROUND:As a consultant, trainer, and associate professor in Management Science at a top global university, I spent two decades helping organisations achieve strategic value and impact.
