During my time as a project manager I have lead initiatives that include automation of custom processes and reports, creation of an analyst development program, building proficiency reporting tools, and leading corporate initiatives around documenting manual processes and user developed technologies.

My role included training members of the performance team on department processes, methodologies, and new technology. Included in this role was formal classroom training, creation and delivery of online training, writing of training materials, and answering occasional questions. I supported the training needs primarily of our location in Tacoma, Washington. Additionally I have traveled to locations in India, the United Kingdom, and Pennsylvania to train new and existing staff and continued to give additional training via teleconference and online presentations.

Working as a performance analyst we created the performance and analytic reporting for numerous clients using accounting data from outside trustees. My role included data verification, report generation, and answering client questions.
