This process improvement reduced processing costs by 12%, resulting in ~$220M savings. -Introduced an alternative catalyst resulting in100% reduction of reject/rework batches for a commercial product, resulting in $100M savings per campaign. -Served as a technical resource, assisting colleagues in the development of two new products, an aminosilane and alkylsilane, through the discovery of a catalyst promoter. -Six Sigma Black Belt Trained (DMAIC).
