Manage a team of 6 who run around 450 court of protection and appointee cases. responsible for investing service users funds, selling or renting properties, purchasing properties, axing as litigation friend and taking on necessary safeguarding. Working with social work colleagues, solicitors, court of protection, office of the public guardian and family members.in relation to the payroll team managing 3 staff members who run a payroll for over 700 carers every 4 weeks, paying invoices, dealing with support plan, managing budgets, dealing with pensions, hmrc, annual leave and sick entitlement.Across both teams responsible for managing contracts and making thr necessary improvements to ensure a reduction in costs and smart working, whilst following all necessary legislations.
