Operational accountability for a leading investment bank in Canary Wharf, London. Manage a team covering facilities management, building fabric, customer service, front of house, security, loading bay and post receipt and delivery. Responsible for a multi-million pound P&L. Accountability for client engagement, covering multiple buildings in a 24/7.

Managed the logistics operation, including a team of around 100 employees across Operations, Engineering, Purchasing and Health & Safety. My teams worked across head office, 11 fuel terminals, an airport refuelling terminal in East Midlands Airport, a national underground fuel pipeline, a customer call centre and 2 fuel delivery contracts delivering.

Appointed to improve cost efficiency of the dry goods operation, and the performance of the call centres which had been falling short of stakeholder expectations. These objectives were achieved quickly by working closely with the teams to identify and implement improvements.Managed 3 fuel distribution contracts, 2 customer call centres and a dry goods.

Managed a cluster of Company owned Service Stations in the West London area, which included 15 Service Stations and circa 225 employees.Worked with Service Station Managers to improve sales and customer service, manage teams, set budgets, control profit and loss and deliver cash to the Corporation.Managed 2 additional areas in the Bristol and M4 corridor.
