Overall responsibility for the V/Line Operation at Southern Cross Station in Melbourne together with responsibility for the V/line customer interface at Melbourne metropolitan stations. Working closely with the Station operator and major stakeholders to ensure that the needs of V/Lines customers and the V/Line operation were met. Managing the transition into the revamped Southern Cross Station, ensuring focus was on continuous improvement.

Overall responsibility for Stations and staff . Focus was on ensuring that Customer Service standards were met and the point of contact with local councils, politicians, coach operators and local Interest Groups. Emergency management and respons

Responsible for 300 plus staff in 3 departments. Aircraft Loaders , Aircraft Cleaners and all ground equipment. Aircraft push-out tractors, Tugs, Conveyors stairs etc including the workshop.

Tullamarine Airport Melbourne Australia

Responsible for 200 Customer Service staff . Ensuring a Customer centric, safe, on-time, operation at Melbourne Airport.
