Develop and manage engineering solutions from proposal development to project completion for our customer at Kennedy Space Center.

 Consolidated atmospheric water generator (AWG) prototype's data outputs in Excel to input in Power BI to generate visualizations to help pinpoint sensor calibration errors and product top efficiency times, locations, and conditions. Drafted engineering reports including supporting calculations to improve sensor accuracy through suggested software adjustments which were implemented and successful. Implemented data analysis-driven changes to increase water production efficiency by 40% in the prototype. Designed a scaled-down model of AWG using SolidWorks 3D modeling software implementing sheet metal, welding, and GD&T tolerancing for fabrication. Redesigned Programmable Logic Controller to upload cycle data points remotely to cloud storage. Found and fostered vendor relationships through product quote, negotiation, and delivery. Created bill of materials (BOM) for the designed AWG. Present prototype production values and improvements to clients and potential customers.

 Led mechanical team through designing industrial pressure-washing robot prototype from concept to fabrication using SolidWorks 3D modeling software. Created bill of materials (BOM) for the full scope of work. Updated management with project tracking software and periodic staff meetings in a project completed tasks and future task completion dates. COVID shutdown cut internship short.

 Oversaw full scope of work for commercial and residential construction projects from start to finish implementing scheduling, budgeting, and sub-contractor communications. Read and interpreted engineering drawings and blueprints to guide and delegate work to proper building code requirements. Communicated with Florida Building Code inspectors to ensure best practices. After leaving the break in employment is due to attending University to further education.
