As Construction Director, I ensure effective lines of communication are established and maintained betweendifferent levels within the company and site organisational structures; between the Company and its Supply Chain, theClient, the Engineer and representatives. Mark’s key responsibilities as Construction Director include:• Responsible for delivery of all projects in a safe manner and ensuring that Esh Border achieves their aspiration of zero accidents.• Responsible for successful completion of all projects to time, quality and budget• Assisting with compiling tenders and quality submissions for a variety of projects throughout the region, including,design & build projects, partnering frameworks and traditional contracts.• Responsible for the successful completion of new build projects from feasibility and pricing, through to construction and completion, including the Customer Care for the defects period.
