HPE does this by providing a program of strategic services to CIOs and other C-level executives, drawing on HPEs expert consultants to lay the groundwork for this.

The EMEA Strategic Sales Centre Data Centre Services (DCS) team is focused on the the very largest data centre services opportunities (>$50 million to >$1 billion). This high performance team has an annual target in TCV circa $5 billion in DCS outsourcing business (In 2010) and will outpace the market in the following years. I am working to upgrade this.

Instrumental in leading the outsourcing solution teams in winning many very large outsourcing engagements, securing >$7 billion in new business in this role. Bulit from scratch the structure, processes and methodologies that enabled the team to meet and exceed goals set by the corporation.

Formed the first dedicated EMEA Solution Team focused on winning the very largest outsourcing engagements. Was the Solution Lead for the first Compaq $1 billion outsource opportunity which we won in 1999. Was instrumental in building the foundations of the outsourcing solution practise.

Joined in August 1987 as Field Service Engineer. 1991 joined the SIte Resident engineer team and from 1993 joined the Digital Outsourcing team.Joined the Outsourcing business near its inception and was instrumental in setting up a number of the delivery functions (Servicedesk, customer network, software tooling). Also initiated the creation of the sales.
