PAV Designs, LLC is a live event consulting firm that focuses on the Audio Visual Technical aspect of live events. Our talent lies in the ability to take all the aspects of an event and create a schematic that combines the event’s vision with the technical steps it will take to get there. We will contract the correct companies that will be best suited to your event. Tulsa and the region offer many choices when it comes to Audio Visual vendors. Our job is to match the best companies, both gear and personnel, to your specific event. Our client list includes Cherokee Nation and all its subsidiaries, Google, Arvest Bank, Helmerich and Payne, Catholic Charities and Tulsa Irish Fest to name a few. With each of these companies we guide them through their AV needs during the preproduction process. We may also be the onsite technical team when we feel that the event needs the highest level of skill and attention to detail. PAV Designs, LLC was created in 2022 as a partnership between Producer Megan Stevens, Audio Engineer David Franklin, and Video Director/Engineer Mark Willcox. The PAV team has a passion for helping clients understand what they need from a technical standpoint for Audio Visual and, more importantly, why they need it. We look at the nuances of AV and ensure the client is receiving what they require, utilizing a creative design at a competitive price.
