Rainey Generating Station

Started working as a Unit Operator during station construction. Promoted to Shift Supervisor 2003Station is a Natural gas fired GE 7FA and 7Ea combustion turbines with combined cycle 2 on 1 GE D11 steam turbine.

Moncks Corner, Sc

Power Plant Operations Training Instructor. Instructed Basic Power Plant Principle Courses to new employees. Instructed OSHA mandated courses such as Best Management Practices, Lead, Arsenic and Storm Water Pollution Prevention. Coordinated Fire Brigade training for Fire Brigades from four different Power Stations.

Cross Generating Station

Qualified at all floor operator levels. Station consisted of two coal fired units with SO2 scrubbers and a gypsum unit. Combustion Engineering and Babcock Wilcox 2400 PSI drum type boilers on tandem compound four flow reheat GE Steam Turbines.

Fort Martin Power Station

Qualified at all levels of floor operations and finally Control Room Operator. The station consisted of two coal fired super critical Units. Babcock Wilcox and Combustion Engineering Boilers on tandem compound four flow reheat GE Steam Turbines.

Charleston, Sc Uss Sellers Ddg-11

Attended and graduated US Navy MMA school at Great Lakes MI. Qualified at all engine room watch stations up to Top Watch #1 Engine Room. Power Pant consisted of Babcock Wilcox 1200 PSI fuel oil burning boilers on tandem four flow GE Steam Turbine main engines also 1000 KW Turbo Generators.
