Training Manager
CurrentIn my role as a Training Manger, I manage and train our new hire Collection Specialist. Managing all new hire on-boarding, providing training on FDCPA, UDAAP, TCPA, FCRA, ADA, Reg Z, Reg P, Reg B, Red Flags Compliance, Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act, SCRA, HIPAA, FTC, US Bankruptcy Code, Right to Financial Privacy Act, GLBA, Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Patriot Act, Fair Lending, and Security Awareness. In addition to new hire on-boarding/training I manage the Coaching and Development Program, Coaching Academy, and our Monthly Recertification Training, which is done to provide continuous training throughout the year. Being a part of the Human Resources team, I will conduct Career Orientation sessions in a group setting in office or at local colleges to explain in detail to candidates what they can expect from our company, going over the position requirements, company benefits, schedule, etc. Since we changed our recruiting approach into a three-step process, employee retention is at an all-time high. I have successfully graduated hundreds of new hire employees. Key accomplishments are; served as project lead to auto launch all scripts and training materials to employee’s desk with the ability to update instantaneously, traveled and on-boarded a training classes in our United Kingdom and Canada site locations, spearheaded our online testing portal allowing a paperless training and testing environment, re-written all scripts that were presented to our company president for approval.
