Oversaw the scheduling and staffing requirements for the Digital Department utilizing Xerox and Oce' equipment, both cut-sheet, roll-fed and wide format. Managed & scheduled crews working 24/7 that averaged 2,500 jobs/month. Implemented SOP/cross training policies.

This included the operation of both their mail and copy centers, both at the HQ building and all ten of the Milwaukee-based locations. Responsible for an average of $55,000 in monthly chargebacks.
