Serve on the Computer Science and Mathematics Departments community Industry Advisory Board to help place and promote technical graduates from the University and to assist in the technical relevance of the departments programs

• Led P&L of >$5M for shared services operations of 8 Telecom Operators• Built Shared Services Team and led the delivery of a cloud based, multi-tenant Hadoop infrastructure for event usage repository (billions of events)• Led the design and delivery of a subscriber Data Warehouse to include solution architecture, ETL from numerous source systems, and reporting with BI tools like Tableau• Led wireless and wired Billing/CRM System initiatives in Aruba and 2 new Operators in the US• Took over management responsibilities of an additional ~30 Analysts and Developers in Guyana (South America) in addition to the existing management responsibilities of >30 already in the US• Took over billing/collections/payments, SOX controls, Data Analytics, and development support of a multi-play (CATV, ISP, LD) carrier in Bermuda and merged operations with an existing wireless operator, including 2 back-office system conversions• Built a Revenue Assurance team supporting as many as 9 telecom operators and recouped millions above our costs in 2012 and 2013 and millions more in bypass fraud through Predictive Analytics• Built a Development Team tasked with designing all user experience and customer portals for self-service, built API middleware for IVR integrations, in-store queuing systems, and all other application development projects for 7 operators

• Began new Shared Services Design and Operations Division, consisting of analysts and developers to launch wireless and wired telecom operators in the US Virgin Islands to support all billing/collections/CRM operations, SOX compliance, analytics, operational reporting, and database support• Expanded my Shared Services Team with the launching of two other telecom operators in the US and Grand Turks• Took over support from a vendor for one telecom operator in Bermuda to build out an additional brand new team of System and Data Analysts• Created custom data repositories (MSSQL and Oracle) for DB architecture and design, ETL, operational reporting and analytics, and GL extracts
