I joined Queen Square Chambers in Bristol in 2001 after a 12-month pupillage at 3 Verulam Buildings, a leading commercial/banking set in London (Gray's Inn). I have a wealth of experience acting as an advocate in court and also in providing written or face-to-face legal advice. I appear in Courts and Tribunals across England and Wales almost every day, representing both Claimants and Respondents/Defendants.I specialise in:Employment law (with particular expertise in cases involving unfair and wrongful dismissal, whistle blowing, restrictive covenants and sex, race and disability discrimination); Contractual disputes and negligence claims;Financial relief following divorce.Before joining the Bar, I worked for an international broking house at Lloyd's of London (in North American reinsurance) and for a time lived and worked in New York.
