Provided project and development management services for clients including property development, capital works, heritage adaptive reuse, master planning, rezonings, subdivisions, remediation, acquisition and divestment projects.

Provided client side project management services and was responsible for the development and implementation of priority projects including capital works, adaptive reuse, heritage conservation, acquisitions, development management and master planning projects. Responsible for preparing concept plans and business cases to secure project funding. Responsible for delivering key construction projects and maintenance programs. Managed the implementation of a new asset management system including asset data collection, roll out and training.

Provided client side project management services and was responsible for the delivery of state-wide capital works programs at selected NSW Schools. I was also responsible for the management of capital works projects for a broad range of government agency clients.
