Mark Willis is President and Chief Investment Officer of CD Enterprises, Ltd., a private single-family office located in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has extensive experience in the financial services industry with a focus on sophisticated institutional investment management including, fixed income, real estate, equities, hedge funds, and private equity. Mr. Willis has been the Chief Investment Officer of CD Enterprises, Ltd. Since 2006. Mr. Willis is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and has an M.B.A. – Finance, from Butler University where he graduated as a member of the International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma. His undergraduate degree is from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a double major in Marketing and Business Administration. Mr. Willis is a member of the CFA Society of Indianapolis.Prior to joining CD Enterprises, Ltd., Mr. Willis was with the Private Client Group of JPMorgan where he was responsible for the management of client investment portfolios until he became the Operations Officer and Chief of Staff for the Indianapolis Office. He also worked at the Indiana Public Retirement Fund where he oversaw the management of a $4 billion fixed income portfolio. From 1997 to 2002 Mr. Willis was the President of Irwin Union Securities, Inc. a FINRA Broker Dealer located in Columbus, Indiana. Additional industry experience includes Fixed Income Trading, Financial Institution Process Engineering, Institutional Cash Management and Organizational Development Consulting.Mr. Willis currently serves on several foundation and endowment finance and investment committees. He is President / CIO of the Endless Success Foundation, Inc., where he is also a Board Member. Mr. Willis has served as an adjunct professor of Finance at the University of Indianapolis where he taught Investment Finance in the MBA program.
