My digital marketing career began when I joined Incubeta in 2007 as a copywriter. This unique copywriting role involved writing short copy for a wide variety of large international and local brands, in high volumes. The work required both creativity and a technical mindset. From 2008 to 2017, I headed up Incubeta's copywriting department in Cape Town. In 2018 I transitioned to the role of Paid Media Manager, working in the South African market. I held this position for four years. I managed campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, X and TikTok.I returned to copywriting in June of 2022 until April 2023, taking on the role of Senior Digital Copywriter at Incubeta, writing for the US market.Currently, I exclusively manage South African social media campaigns for Incubeta, on a freelance basis.
