Establisishing customer needs and building up a relationship/rapport to offer outstanding customer service and returning business.Completion of weekly "zoning" of a section of the store including gap checking, price checking, general cleanliness practice, reporting and stock ordering.Assisting in Stock File Support duties including auditing of refunds and coupons, review and control over binding documents.Physical maintenance of customers cars, including replacement of consumables such as light bulbs and batteries.Providing cover and assistance where needed e.g. on the cycles department or for management team.
