• Managed a team of up to 40 across 3 sites within the Computer Forensics department, monitoring performance and ensuring the consistent achievement of project deliverables whilst maintaining a hands-on role in Digital Forensics.• Successfully built a Digital Forensics Laboratory for the examination of computer devices from scratch as a Digital Forensics Manager.• Managed the acquisition of new forensic tools and processes in line with the departmental budget.• Planned departmental workflow including assessing priorities, allocating timescales and distributing work based upon the level of expertise required. • Reviewed/implemented quality control procedures throughout the Computer Forensics department to achieve ISO 17025 and Codes of Practice across multiple sites.• Developed method validation for Digital Forensic Imaging and Digital Forensic Extraction and Analysis in line with ISO 17025 requirements.• Successfully recruited, trained & retained new team members.• Ensured that any relevant changes in legislation and regulatory frameworks were communicated to staff• Established a positive and productive site environment, accommodated the roles and needs of diverse teams to promote a cohesive team-based culture, maximised potential and enhanced performance.• Prepared/delivered key Digital Forensics evidence in criminal and civil cases.• Prepared written reports, including MG11, SFR (Streamlined Forensic Report) and Section 9 reports, and offered support to the instructing party/parties.• Utilised various forensic tools including X-Ways, Magnet Axiom/IEF, Griffeye and Encase to examine computer devices.• Completed the Nationally Accredited Grader course in the classification of IIoC.
