Throughout the span of my career I have taken on leadership roles and am well versed in the areas from the inception of a project until its completion including risk analysis & management, site logistics planning, estimating and preconstruction activities, procurement, change management, scheduling, financial reporting, project management, commissioning, and closeout. I have worked in the capacity as an owner's representative working directly on the clients behalf and as a building construction manager and general contractor. I recognize that the key to any project or role is the ability to communicate well and maintain solid relationships with clients, vendors and end users. I am a problem solver that works to pre-plan to avoid the avoidable, and sees the unexpected as opportunities to work together with all parties to come up with a satisfactory and effective solution. I am able to make tough decisions, be firm when necessary and always accountable for my role and projects. I have worked independently but also thrive in a collaborative environment where the best ideas and alternatives have the opportunity to rise to the top. I have repeatedly managed others both in the field and in the office and feel that the best examples are set by showing a strong work ethic and a high level of integrity.
