This project will be replacing the client’s current Jump Box access solution with a secure, highly available Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops solution, which includes XenDesktop 7.x and Citrix NetScalar to front-end the entire environment. This solution is designed to provide access for NERC and Non-NERC environments in GRID Data Centers. Responsible for turning the failing project around, developing a realistic project plan, resource allocation, rebuilding moral, developing daily working structures, develop reporting structures and artifacts to Stakeholders, working with Security & Compliance, Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery, and CRQ CAB, complete documentation and artifact overhaul and generation, and most importantly, rebuilding customer Trust.
