CurrentBased in Scottsdale Arizona; Green Light is a Healthcare IT company dedicated to continual innovation in an effort to lower the cost of healthcare in the US.As a founder it is this common goal of lowering healthcare costs among all partners that drew us together to form Green Light in 2011.Throughout 2021 and 2022 we embarked on a build, build, build period in our company. Legislative requirements including the No Surprises Act and the Transparency in Coverage legislation threw the entire industry into compliance mode. Green Light has assisted thousands of health plans across the US with creation of Qualified Payment Amounts, surprise bill identification, Machine Readable Files and hosting of those files and most recently roll out of our Price Comparison Tool allowing members nationwide the ability to compare and shop for medical services.It's 2020 and Green Light continues to meet our pledge to make health plan dollars go as far as possible. We continue our commitment to educate employers about the misalignment of interests present in the healthcare landscape, how to combat the lack of transparency when it comes to their claims data, and innovative ways to control healthcare spend. In 2018 we continued our efforts to bring transparency to our clients health plans by further advancing our dashboard technology instituting audit services on historical claims data. This effort has identified tens of millions of dollars in health plan expense payments that should not have been made. We are now the "eye in the sky" monitoring daily claim feeds before payments are made to ensure accurate billing on behalf of Municipalities, State Health Plans, Multi-Employer National Labor Funds and all manner of self-funded employer groups.In Q2 2017 we developed our HealthInsight platform to provide employers the ability to "pull back the curtain" on their medical plan expense, identify opportunities for savings and provide actionable insights on their claims data.
