As the Customer Change and Resolution Manager at easyJet holidays, I have the privilege of leading two dedicated teams within the Customer Service function.Central to my role is the use of data analysis to introduce process improvements, system enhancements and efficiencies to help aid productivity, and deliver a consistent, seamless service to our customers. I am a firm believer in the importance of personal development, continued learning and growth. I am always eager to expand my knowledge and skills and have obtained a Distinction in Project Management from the Open University as well as being certified by the MHFA in Mental Health First Aid.
