Working with a broad cross-section of hiring managers across the organization to fill primarily full-time, permanent positions as a full life-cycle Consultant. The process includes an initial Service Level Agreement (SLA) meeting with the hiring manager to discuss their needs, expectations, and timeline. Internal postings are typically one week in length, whereas the external posting process may be 2 weeks, a month, or open-ended, depending on the circumstances involved.
