Managed 26 team members directly supporting the CIO on department budgets and strategic planning for a multidimensional educational healthcare system operating a 400+ physician practice, two hospitals (600+ beds), and 130,000 member Health Plan.Key Contributions:• Directed diverse personnel including a clinical nurse analyst, database developers, project managers, application trainers, system administrators, and interns. • Served as Lead Architect of Business Solutions for key strategies and systems, and designed interfaces/reports to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.

Maintained and developed applications deployed while working for GTS. Responsible for the development of C++ client/server applications, in conjunction with support and development of Crystal Reports and Oracle procedures for the ever changing business requirements of Isuzu Corporation (sister company of Kogei) Provided technical recommendations and solutions to address changing business requirements.

GTS was a content management and publishing organization that also designed custom built business applications for companies like Isuzu Corporation, the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences and the University of Pennsylvania.•Deployed Client/Server applications using Oracle Databases with Borland C++ Builder. •Developed system audit tools utilizing Crystal Reports and ad hoc queries.•Developed procedures which produced files and explanation of benefits for employee incentives.•Programmed procedure calls to an Oracle 8i database using SQL, PL/SQL, snapshots, views, sequences, and indexes to return, update and delete data.
