Identification , design and delivery of Group Risk training helping colleagues to delivery a better, more efficient end to end customer experience. Supporting distributors and customers with more complex technical questions.

Work in partnership with two field based Account Mangers developing relationships with global EBCs in order to secure both domestic/international group risk schemes, primarily through telephone based activities. Represent my part of the business on various cross border activities, both in terms of new business development, process management and global platforms.Provide training and support for colleagues, Account Management Team, cross border colleagues and customers
