Part of project team assisting clients migration from an outdated KiwiSaver management system to new Sonata Software System. My role involved Performing data migration audits, controlled testing of the new system and assisting our clients IT team in their test suite , and our own regression testing. The resolution of issues identified and delivery of training to Registry staff. I also supported our team with go live delivery, Registry colleagues with reporting issues. The recording and escalation to our client of technical issues beyond the scope of the project team. I have been extended in my current role through to December to clear any outstanding issues and to prepare for the next update before returning to my Registry Administrator role.
