Burton Way is a 275,000 square foot, 8 story concrete structure with amenity - rich enviroment, including a private residential lobby with 24 hour security, valet service for residents and guest, 24 hour concierge service as well as an on deck courtyard, 4000 square foot penthouse, fitness center, clubroom and roof top infinity pool. 40 million dollar hard cost project.
