CurrentAHV Communities (“AHV”) is a privately held Developer, Builder and Operator of luxury, single family home rental communities targeting high growth corridors across the US. Formed in 2013, AHV has and continues to challenge the traditional multifamily apartment model and the inefficient operations of the single family rental companies. We are revolutionizing rental living by developing and building rental communities of high quality detached and attached single family homes owned, managed, maintained and operated just like a luxury Class “A” multifamily property. Each of our communities are cohesive and contiguous neighborhoods of 1 and 2-story detached and attached single family homes that feature high quality finishes, luxury amenities, attached and direct access private garages, front and back yards and the newest in energy efficient features. Our communities feature amenities such as: clubhouses, luxury pools, state-of-the-art fitness centers, walking trails, dog parks, pocket parks, greenbelts and open space.
