Mark is a 'dual professional' - a qualified teacher/lecturer and a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in both the education and business sectors. He trained in Central London before moving to the West Country where he worked as a Director of Valuation at Atis Real Ltd, now BNP Paribas Real Estate in Bristol. The team which he helped manage provided professional valuation and consultancy advice to the banking sector, developers and investors.His next position was that of a Property consultant at Clydesdale Bank as part of the Property Risk team with direct responsibility for commercial property advice to twelve offices in the south west. This role included advising the bank on the structuring and pricing of large property development and investment loans. More recently he worked at The Trevor Osborne Property Group where he helped negotiate complex property deals with both the public and private sectors. His primary role within the team was to secure development finance for the group's investment and development projects.In June 2010 he jointly set up Twin City Developments Ltd with his business partner which has gone onto successfully undertake several projects in the south west. Mark enjoys helping others to maximise their potential. He tries to achieve this goal by lecturing on a part time basis at a local college and coaching young boys at his local football club.In his spare time Mark enjoys keeping fit, playing golf and spending time with his two children.
