Planned and directed global transition and transformation projects for this provider of technology services covering all phases of an IT Managed Service delivery. Provided sales and solution support, proposal development, contract initiation, governance and associated ramp-up of scope, schedule, financial management and staffing. Guided the efforts of as many as 40 Project Managers with downline authority for as many 200 professionals.• Quickly rescued a troubled data center migration engagement. Led a major cloud, data center and application migration transformation for a key medical device manufacturer, enabling its CIO to address a merger of dissimilar IT landscapes, staff cultures and views of end-user experience. Successfully initiated tailored IT governance and execution frameworks within the first 75-days of tenure for assignments to improve client integration, relationships, alignment, and performance.
