- Develop a lot of mechanical design for machines that we took to IMTS 2014 as well as numerous other projects- Design and implement systems for the sales and marketing departments- Assist in strategic planning and business development- Serve as the company president's right hand man

I provided technical and maintenance support for our customers including trouble shooting, upgrades and initial setup and installation. In supporting our companies CNC controls I have gained extensive experience in working with a wide range of people and with troubleshooting complex technical problems. I also work in development and custom control design and programming.When I started, the Support Department was in its infancy and documentation was largely non-existent. I have built the department into an organization that responds to customer’s issues quickly and effectively. I greatly enjoy organizational and system development.

I assisted in the developed of flight test plans and conducted flight testing in support of the certification efforts on the Premiere II/Hawker 200.

I worked in the Laser Aided Manufacturing Processes Lab. We did research into rapid prototyping specifically in the area of laser deposition of various metals including steel and titanium.
