As Director of Design & Technical Services at AccorHotels I’m involved in the process from the Development Phase till the Opening of the Hotel to the public, and following the Capex/Maintenance afterwards.The Region includes Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg (and temporarily Scandinavia).Range of Projects for Multi-Brand in Construction, Rebranding and Renovation for Managed and Franchised Hotels.Feasibility study of potential new projects, optimizing the architectural plans, guiding the several design proposals, having an overview on the technical installations, ensuring that the Brand Compliances are respected. All this in close relation with the Owner and his team who are mostly international and multicultural.Thorough experience in Design, System Processes, Project Management, Procurement, IT, analysis of major problems into workable components, managing outsourced skills, and especially taking care of the big picture.
