I started my career in 1986 with Parkers as a Junior Negotiator leaving them in 1990 to join GA Property Services as a Residential Sales Manager; after 4 years I joined Romans in 1994 working at the Bracknell office as a Sales Negotiator.During my time at Bracknell I progressed my career from Sales Negotiator to Branch Manager then to Senior Manager over seeing Bracknell, Warfield and Aldershot. Due to my areas performance, I was promoted to Area Manager in 2013 and then to Director in August 2014, I now oversee thirteen offices for Romans, four offices for Scott Fraser and First For Auctions. My achievements during this time has been numerous and rewarding, particularly when it comes to coaching and progressing staff and watching their career progression within the company.I am now starting my 29th year working for The Leaders Romans Group and feel privileged to be part of an award winning organisation who continuingly invests in its staff; not just offering them excellent career progression but also a secure and exciting working environment. The Leaders Romans Group offer excellent coaching and as well as internal training, we also employ the industry’s best trainers both from here in the UK and from overseas.
