I am a Vice President of Hillwood Investment Properties, with Hillwood acquiring the operations of Trebor Developments in October 2024, where I was Partner. Trebor was created in 2008 and we grew to be a leading UK property development and development management business specialising in Industrial & Logistics and in land promotion.I focus on our more complex projects from land acquisition through to development delivery, particularly those that require close co-operation with occupiers to deliver bespoke solutions, projects requiring a fast track delivery programme and working with Hillwood’s funding partners. My personal responsibilities currently cover some 2 million square feet of industrial/logistics development across the UK.I lead internal and external project teams to maximise value and manage the risks of the planning and development process, using my skills and experience over my 30 year career in both commercial and residential sectors, having worked in Plc, private company and consultancy roles.I support Citizen Housing in a Non-Exec Board role.
