The company operates a system where they employ two types of courier with differing pay rates based on size and customer and my responsibility is to ensure the parcels are allocated correctly to allow maximum profitability and non failure of service.I was also responsible for highlighting consumer fraud in the Littlewoods Shop Direct group and was rewarded for my efforts in saving the company thousands of pounds. I used analytical skills and awareness to spot potential fraud so I could ensure the parcels were either not delivered or in some cases delivered via a controlled drop so that police involvement would result in arrest.
