CDO. Developments Ltd. was formed in 2016 with a mission to deliver high quality housing to the market place. Over the years, the direction of the business has changed, but the mission and values it was founded on remain the same: Honesty, Integrity and Excellence. Whilst still operating across multiple sectors in the new build space, the company in recent years, has evolved into developing new build homes with an emphasis on quality and sustainability that target the often overlooked and under supplied sector of Supported Living. The company is now looking to work with Local Authorities, Registered Providers and Care Providers in order to make a difference in this space and provide high quality, sustainable and purpose built homes for the people that need them the most.As such, we are always on the look out for land with or without planning for up to 15 units across the Midlands.

I joined the Royal Marines in 2010 and successfully completed the 32 week Royal Marine Commando Course at CTCRM, Lympstone, as an original of my recruit troop. On pass out, I was drafted to Delta Company, 40 CDO. RM as a Rifleman, where I was quickly presented with an opportunity to volunteer for the world renowned and extremely arduous Royal Marine Commando Sniper Course and subsequently, a place in a Reconnaissance Troop. The course tests physical and mental fortitude to the limit whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail. On successful completion of the course, I was drafted to Reconnaissance Troop, 40 CDO. RM. to operate as part of small 2-6 man teams, often far in advance of the main body of men, remaining covert whilst gathering intelligence.A period of intense training followed, during which time I completed numerous courses that would bolster my skills prior to deploying to Afghanistan in the winter of 2012 as part of Operation Herrick 17. I attended and successfully completed courses around the world, including Specialist Covert Surveillance, Military Tracking, Specialist Vehicle Operations and Combat Marksmanship. This intense period culminated with attending a Patrol Linguistic course where I learned the Persian language of Dari, and subsequently returned to my unit to deliver the training to members of the Commando.After completing a kinetic tour of Afghanistan in 2012-13, I was drafted to 43 CDO. RM., where I spent the remainder of my time in the Corps before terminating my service in April 2014.
