This transaction involved the sale of restaurant, a bulk sale transfer, Liquor License purchase, the sale of Master Lease.Milano Oakland, CA 1994-2007Developed an un-reinforced masonry building, in need of a complete seismic upgrade. The building was completely renovated from inside, while maintaining the outside architectural characteristic of the building. The remodeled building now houses a 4,500 sq-ft Italian restaurant, seating 190 people, and two one-bedroom apartments on the second floor.Milano Emeryville, CA 1993- 2006Developed a Two story building in an up and coming commercial and residential neighborhood in heart of Emeryville. This project houses a 3,000 Sq-ft Italian restaurant seating 150 people, and a 1,500 Sq-ft Mexican restaurant, and three two-bedroom apartments on the second floor.
